Ibanez RGD7320

The Ibanez RGD7320 is now offered in our region (not available in the USA). I used to have second thoughts when playing an RGD model thinking the extended scale length wouldn't do me good in terms of speed playing but that's being very dismissive of the instrument. After handling one, I'm of the opinion that the extended scale length was negligible when it comes to the physical experience. My mind doesn't constantly tell my fingers to watch the extra distance, I just keep on playing. Good to see the EZ2 bridge in there (that's the 7-string model you see).

On guard!

On guard! I bought this pedal quite some time ago but misplaced it somehow while putting things away for the festive season. Found it this morning while sitting down & just thinking about it (om...)- suddenly remembered where I put it. I'm not a delay fan by any means but I do resort to one on days when my creative juices are low. The flashback has some of the best digital tones on board & it's a looping unit as well; a good buy to say the least.

You love death?

Also in the spotlight this time, Rob Flynn's (Machine Head) Epiphone baritone Flying V, Love/Death model- interesting graphics... Remember, it's a baritone instrument (27" scale length) but I believe it won't be a case of an impossible adaptation.

But I personally find the matching hard case more intriguing.

Synyster Custom-S

The new Schecter Synyster Gates Custom-S to appear early 2012, most probably, it'll feature in the Winter Namm line-up. This guitar has a strong following by virtue of its endorser's reputation because we all know that the outline isn't the most conventional & 'attractive'...

The difference in this model is definitely the (Fernandes) Suatainiac system but be informed that you can purchase this separately & have it installed in your guitar.

The cat album

This is the upcoming Neil Zaza album, I'm sure we are all fans of his music after listening to what he could do with the instrument. I was reading about this update on my way to work this morning & coincidentally, was bending down to pet a stray cat when I saw this pic. Good omen?
