- Formula: This one has a fusion of the Horizon III (body) & Forest (headstock) outlines.Very inviting cutaways to the upper frets.
- Eclipse Doublecut: Due to this double cutaway design, it seems there is more allowance to the upper frets; we note the neck meets the body at the 21st fret, very SG-like, this one. The trade-off here would be some neck heaviness. Until we handle this guitar in person, the jury's out on this one.
- Antelope: This is fundamentally the Forest body outline with a little variation over at the treble cutaway side.

hi,i just bough an Ibanez Artcore AS73 with flat black finishing like the eclipse you're showing here.how to keep the finishing,i mean to wipe away the oil or sweat since its not covered by acrylic?
that my friend, is the satin finish. i have some guitars with this, lacquerless finish type; my Highway 1 strat, RG321, ESP Eclipse II, Les Paul BFG...
just use a dry cloth to wipe the body after play. if there are tough stains there, you can apply some spray type polish fluid to attend to the cleaning or any equivalent which will dry off after use. cream type cleaning/finishing/buffing fluid is unsuitable for this task.
i thought i saw the antelope design showcasing at davis for about a year alr o.O
you might have seen the Forest instead. the George Lynch Forest baritone LTD is still there...
that DB eclipse looks exactly like ibanez GAX series yes?
