This is a rather peculiar Ibanez RG, it's available in the market (not here, sadly) but not cataloged. The other peculiarity is that it sports a mahogany body unlike it's other RG siblings which are mainly basswood. This 2012, Ibanez will release some anniversary RGs in neon finishes under the Premium tag; I had plans to take a look at those but this RG450MDX (M for mahogany) would most probably be more appealing to me.

was told there are comin out with JEM series under the premium line too, not too sure on that
the (leaked) highlights thusfar are unappealing. i'm only looking forward to the tele-style FR series in the standard range...
