Spent Sunday morning with something different, but not entirely. Jaguars & Jazzmasters are predominantly Fender's offset darlings, other models get sidelined for being second fiddle or too estranged (eg. Meteora). The model you see here is the Cyclone. The Cyclone was discontinued in 2006 / 2007 & reappeared in the Japanese end of Fender quite recently. I lost track when that happened... The Cyclone sports a 24.75" scale length so it sits in between the Jaguar & the Jazzmaster.

NF3 ... Cyclone
The PRS SE NF3 is now available at Davis GMC: $1,050. Absolutely liking the price, not being too far off the SE Silver Sky.

Eastern Cyclone
Fender brought back the Cyclone. This time, it's a Japanese incarnate. You might say the Cyclone is merely the Duo Sonic with a whammy bridge...
... but the Cyclone is more offset in its body design compared to the Duo Sonic. The Japanese Cyclone is offered in both rosewood & maple fretboards. No compulsion, folks.
