The new Ibanez RG2560 is already available at Swee Lee (one unit available @ BB showroon as well). Was in a hurry, did not manage to try it out...
Unlike the finish depicted here, the one I saw at Swee Lee's BB showroom sports a burst-type effect which is really more attractive.

this model is new for 2011, it'll be some time before the manufacturer has plans to vary the features.
bro Yus- no we don't have everything here :-) the market is such that the dealers bring in what they want to, it's not so much of what WE want.
What's the price like at Swee Lee? Comparing between Bentley Music at mutiara damansara KL, the price is RM5800.

this is an interesting guitar, the ash body is definitely a selling point, not really fond of basswood bodies, just a personal preference, and it has my favorite pickup combination too, might just go down and try it soon :)
i'm into what works in terms of tone these days :-) wood type appeal is bonus.
