I'm a huge Seymour Duncan fan but I deem this unnecessary. The manufacturer has released a few Slash pickup covers to match your 'style & attitude' with regards to your music. Let's pause to consider if someone with death metal tendencies would be deemed as more death metal sporting black nickel cover as opposed to the dude with gold covers? Why SLASH covers? Why not Peter Green/ Gary Moore/ Joe Perry/ Joe Bonamassa covers? Why??
