Ah... Deepavali long weekend. As I reside quite proximate to the Woodlands Checkpoint, I could hear some fireworks being let off over at Johor Bahru last night (Saturday). It's good to soak in the festive atmosphere as it reminds us of how traditional & religious festivals still play a part in shaping the identity of this country. Have a good, deserving rest, everyone.
