The original-sized EHX Operation Overlord pedal was more than twice the size depicted here. I love it for the on-board boost feature. Now that the OO is reduced to this pedal board-friendly Nano version, the boost feature is still in tact but just a button at the top left corner of the pedal. Everything is as menacing as its bigger sibling.

Hey, dad! (Part 42)
Hey, dad! How small is the NANO EHX pedal? Lemme see... this is my hand here & it doesn't seem to be any bigger. That's a very compact built, isn't it?

Nano Double MUFF
I was at Davis not too long ago & managed to try the NANO Double Muff. One of the Muff channels can be isolated by the the Single/ Double flick switch so when it's time to use both channels, just flick the switch.
The Muff content is unquestionable but some of us might be disturbed by the lack of any tone shaping controls. This is particularly so when both channels are put into maximum action, the cream on offer makes the overall voicing a little too boomy, affecting definition. But it's good value for $98 (list), definitely.

NANO nano
To the senior members out there, you'd think I was referring to Mork & Mindy- that signature 'Nano Nano' blabbering; who'd forget that, right? I used to watch this show in monochrome... those were the days.
I'm actually referring to the NANO ditties by EHX which are my constant references for days when I need to travel light. The MUFF here isn't as fuzzy as its bigger siblings- the reason I like it. However, the NANO Metal Muff is as hard hitting as its full-sized counterparts but offering only fundamental tweaking as evident above. These pedals are battery-friendly as well. Love them.
