This used to be my favourite pedal back in the day when I still embraced the amp's clean channel. It has a booster feature so it's like 2 pedals in 1 & it did good for my solos. The tones on offer here are basically tube-esque Marshall voicings with an option to scream (boost). It's not even the modern Marshall tone, somewhere in the Bernie Marsden drive territory.

In view of my unemployment in a few days' time, I'm letting this go to, hopefully, tide things through the year end. Box included. As you can see from these pics, it's been well taken care of.

Tough decision but had to let this go - treatment bills due next month, unemployed. I hope you understand that my price is final & I believe I have been fair in pricing my gear (if you know me well enough). I'm saying this because there's this idiot who offered 1/2 price for this instrument & acting like he's doing me a big favour. Reality check - the price of this guitar will cover my treatment bill for a single sitting & medication with some left over for maybe my transportation home. That's the reason why I'm selling this away as opposed to other guitars that would be listed for much lesser.

No mods for this guitar less the pickup mounting screws which I have swapped out to the chrome version. I wonder why PRS chose the black version to begin with when the hardware for the rest of the instrument are clearly not black. Thanks for reading & understanding. Selling: Orange Rocker Terror 15 (amp head) SOLD

After much thought, I have decided to put this up for sale: Orange Rocker 15 Terror amp head. It's 15W of all tube goodness with the capacity to half-power (7W). My income is going to be affected (again) soon & the fact that I seldom play this one.

 Near-mint condition, no scratches / dents, strictly used indoors for a limited time. The Rocker 15 Terror is the only Terror with: 1) 3-Band EQ 2) Rear FX loop. The other one with similar specs but for a higher price, the discontinued Brent Hinds version.

Re-listing: Ibanez SA120 (abandoned project) SOLD

Another case of being too nice to someone. This Ibanez was listed some time back with pickups & strings, all set up well. Someone was interested in this guitar but not agreeable with the price ($300+). He read that this guitar had worn frets.

Yes, there are divots in there, particularly where the G string was. I used to loan this to a friend who took very good care of this guitar but the bending of strings here were a little excessive. After a little levelling, I managed a buzz-free action & left it at that. The divots / worn out areas are still visible but getting rid of them was not the objective. If you read / watch fret levelling tutorials, it's never about sanding this down to make them flat again. It's a good serving of levelling AND filling the divots up. So that friend who was interested in this guitar said this would make a good re-fretting project for him but he's still not agreeable with the price.

So I offered to sell this to him without the pickups to bring the price down. Told him I would remove everything from the control cavity as well but after knowing there is an Orange Drop cap in there together with the push-pull coil split switch (volume knob), he told me to keep those in tact. I think you already know where this is heading; it's not a mere re-fretting adventure with this guitar. I agreed but he became uncontactable for weeks then it crossed the two month line. I have no idea why I continue to believe / trust such individuals but he may have genuinely gotten into some serious medical condition or other life-turning events. Having been through this myself, I would like to avoid negative thoughts of others & hope whatever happened, nothing untoward took place. So there you go, the back story of this guitar which I do not wish to resurrect any more. I would rate the instrument at 7/10 due to the fret wear but if you have dealt with me before, I usually under-rate my items.

• Seymour Duncan '59 ($99). Nickel cover, single conductor, for neck position. Totally unused, protective plastic film still in tact, full wore length. For vintage outings & some immaculate cleans. Condition: 10/10
• Seymour Duncan Phat Cat ($70). This is a single coil, P90-esque pickup but in a standard humbucker housing. Single conductor, neck position. Condition: 8/10
