Apparently, there is a planned Pantera reunion, featuring the musicians you see above. Wylde & Benante are filling in for the act. If this really takes place, it shows disrespect for Dimebag & Vinnie Paul. If this line-up propel themselves as a tribute band, it will be more acceptable - that's how fans are seeing it in general. Pantera is never Pantera without those deceased brothers. If they continue to go about performing as Pantera, it will invite a legal complication at the very least, in addition to the countless detestations among fans.
