S(tr)aturday

Strat on a Saturday - Straturday. I prefer maple 'board on a Strat but will always make exceptions to good playing guitars. Had plans to replace the Japanese in-house pickups but for some reason, they sound good with my scant set up. This is one of those guitars that I can play for hours & it brings out very good phrasing ideas.

Did a quick re-string before playing. This cobalt slinky set was complementary of Swee Lee but I can't remember the occasion.
