Ibanez April 2026: Black Qs

Ibanez's obsession with black continues this April with these guitars offered in the Q-Series line up; the QX52B ($1,549) & QX527B ($1,579). These do not qualify for the Iron Label Series as they still feature in-house Ibanez pickups & the presence of dot inlays there are simply not Iron Label enough. These are now available at Swee Lee. Stained

This is the default Ibanez bag for the headless Q / QX models.

Please be informed that the internal material stains satin finishes. This is my Q54 & the stains there are rather obvious. Hope Ibanez can re-look into the material used for this bag. For many of us, we invest time & effort to look after our guitars. For something unsuspecting like this to happen, it is really unfair & uncalled for to say the least.

Ibanez 2023 (3): Qs

A fair development with the Q-Series. First up, the Q52 gets a poplar top finish, everything else remains the same.

The 7-string version is now offered in an HSS configuration & non-tilted frets. No major changes observed for this series of guitars. Seen above: Q547
