These are the accessories that came with the Fender 70th Anniversary Esquire: Leather strap, cable & the ash tray bridge cover. The strap wasn't packed into the black accessories bag as it was a little too bulky.
The accessories are stored in this compartment in the hard case. Note the gap here as the compartment lid cannot be closed properly. The fastener only secures the middle part, the corners do not benefit from it.
The Esquire's headstock is resting against the edge of the hard case. It's a good thing because it restricts movements during transportation. Not a good thing because there might be some chemical reactions over time leading to discolouration.
