Cort's X-3 is a lower tier offering by the manufacturer, I got mine for less than $250 (yesterday) so you get the picture where it stands. It's also very light, in fact, too light to be a worthy consideration for those hunting for a fresh electric guitar. This effectively means, the X-3 is inherently a bright guitar & I like what I hear from this guitar once the distortion kicks in.
To be continued...

I got the X1 which is, not bad hehe
been stalking for KX5-FR model (white) for a while now :)
finally, a cort in your stable
i have a feeling u will sell this.
selling this off is the least likely thing to happen :-) tone-wise, it's one of those guitars with lots of appealing tone (in distortion mode) for my needs.
bro LG: i've been considering the Corts for a while now, just that during SALE time, other guitars distracted me :-)
Hi sub, i have this guitar as well. But it's not the X3, it's the X2. Looks-wise it's almost identical. May i know if there's any difference between the X2 and X3? Tried googling for cort x3 but no results.
the X-2 has whammy bro, X-3 has none. will be updating more stuff about the X-3 in my subsequent entries.
Looks like the bevellings at the cutaways is nothing new. Cort had this long before Ibanez did the same to their RGD. It's nice btw, making it comfy for the hands actually.
