bro, i need some recommendations on suitable pickups for my VMNTx (other than duncan mustaine's livewires) both active and passive sets
any tonal expectations?
heavy distortions, but not as heavy as extreme metal... mostly 80's rock/metal sound or MAIDENesque sound
if possible, all-rounder/versatile pickups equivalent of ibanez's INFs on my RG
the INFs to me sound very close to Duncan's Distortion. however, for a good serving of classic rock, TESLA's Plasma II is recommended :-)
