My Ibanez XPT300 gets a set of D'Addario (.009s) as well. When I brought it out of the bag, one of the strings was badly corroded, worse than the rest. It might be a case of omission during the last wipe-down.

yes, sir! i like them in this guitar, they absolutely kill.
BUT i'm thinking of putting this guitar up for sale... hmmm... :-/
