A low morning

I spent this morning, the final day of November, feeling low. In a good way, of course. I played my Ibanez RGD321 which is an extended scale guitar so the best way to enjoy such an instrument is to employ a de-tune. I'm not a big fan of detuning when it comes to a 6-string so it was done only a half step down, Eb if you will. The thing about playing something a little different is that it'll trigger some fresh perspectives so the morning was spent playing along Depeche Mode songs & the discovery that those songs require me to tune down, was quite a revelation but it's necessary considering how low Andy Fletcher's vocal range is.
