If you ever come across a Park amp of old, it'd look like this. It's not a Marshall rip-off; it's indeed a Marshall subsidiary. Park was discontinued in the early 1980s, was briefly revived thereafter (circa 1990s) but was done for good. I used to own one.
2014 saw the revival of Park but the amps on offer bear no resemblance of Marshalls. They are also not a subsidiary brand name of any manufacturer but are still within the British tone definition. Celestion drivers, Mercury transformers & Philips NOS capacitors- these are indicators of the standard on offer.
