All that jazz

This is the current buzz from the Fender camp. It's a recent release in the manufacturer's Parallel Universe series range where they fuse elements across models & call it new. Nothing wrong with that, really.

In case we need a little reminder, the Parallel Universe series had the Tele version. Comparing the two, we don't see much differences or improvements so to speak, but we note the differences: One more fret/  different knob colour/ block inlays/ matching headstock. At the end of the day, if people say the current version makes it sound Strat-ier than the Tele version, we need to ask what these people had been ingesting prior to giving that opinion.
