These were not put up for sale openly but solicited privately instead. Buyers were mainly relatives/ close friends who came by during festive seasons. They were trying their luck & I'm all ears to those who were in a serious position to buy. Somehow, my sixth sense told me they were genuine buyers & not profiteering opportunists. Anyway, I believe that if it's written by the Higher Powers that if something is meant to stay put then it's meant to be.
