Just some days ago, I was reading the concerned queries of some guitar players pertaining to the authenticity of some Fender Strats due to odd placements of the brand name decal on the headstock. Naturally, that would invite suspicions on any keen Fender fans but if you come across the ST-68RH (Japan) depicted above, the quirky decal locations as seen here, are not indicators of non-authenticity; they are perfectly genuine Fender models.

looks awkward...
reminds me of jimi handrix haha
hendrix's version had the decal printed the other way; mirror image style.
Didn't know they made reverse headstocks. o.o
sham kamikaze signature series strat was reversed headstock too... but that was squier, not full fledge fender
Dis is wat im looking for . They use to make only 25 pieces in 80s n one was proudly owned by the late stevie ray vaughn. Then they made a custom shop version. The hendrix strat has two version. One has reverse head stock, right handed body but left handed pickup configuration. The other one mentioned by Sub. The guitar here is like the one I mentioned. Davis has them? ` ~ JC
no shops here have them off-the-shelf; it's order acquisition for this one.
