Super Vee

Ah... here's an interesting take on the dual action whammy bridge by manufacturer Super Vee.

The complementary nut which looks effective but rather bulky, the major factor which might make it a put-off.

The tail-end view shows the absence of a body cavity to accommodate this bridge; it's a ready replacement for the traditional Fender Strat. Do keep this in mind; you might knock & dent the body surface if you pull up the whammy (bar) too much.

Hi. sry for posting here but i need some help.

My Locking nut is lock too tight and i can't open it. Do u know how to solve this problem?? or do u know any shop will repair this??

eric johnson had one in his guitar, but we need not follow suit, of course :-)

try spraying some lubricant/ fluid that would help loosen the grip & try to unlock your top-lock once more.

if it's unsuccessful, remove all strings & then remove the whole top lock contraption by unscrewing it from underneath the neck- i think you'd do well with a new set, it's not costly anyway :-)

yes they do- most probably, they'd advise you to replace the whole assembly as well :-)
