The complementary nut which looks effective but rather bulky, the major factor which might make it a put-off.
The tail-end view shows the absence of a body cavity to accommodate this bridge; it's a ready replacement for the traditional Fender Strat. Do keep this in mind; you might knock & dent the body surface if you pull up the whammy (bar) too much.

is it worthed to put in on one's fender?
Hi. sry for posting here but i need some help.
My Locking nut is lock too tight and i can't open it. Do u know how to solve this problem?? or do u know any shop will repair this??
eric johnson had one in his guitar, but we need not follow suit, of course :-)
try spraying some lubricant/ fluid that would help loosen the grip & try to unlock your top-lock once more.
if it's unsuccessful, remove all strings & then remove the whole top lock contraption by unscrewing it from underneath the neck- i think you'd do well with a new set, it's not costly anyway :-)
Cool! maybe it ca fit in my ibanez fixed bridge!
Erm. i follow your step and the lock nut still stuck. :( Do standed value do this type of service??
yes they do- most probably, they'd advise you to replace the whole assembly as well :-)
will it cost much?? to replace the whole thing
a fresh set of base-plate, clamps & bolts are <$20, you can DIY it :-)
okok i wil go to standed value(Peninsula) tomorrow can try see if they can fix it :) hope they can unscrew that locking nut and change a new set. ty sub :)
