Remember the very affordable FAB series pedals by Danelectro? Well, these have been given a make-over & are now known to the world as the Cool Cat series.
I did buy the FAB Metal but found the pedal to display a dodgy switching mechanism. Nevermind what it's called now, hopefully the reiability issues have been given some revision as well.

Dude, the Cool Cats only look a little like a Fab. These are all new pedals from Danelectro with Metal Cases, Metal jacks, and TRUE BYPASS! Oh yeah, the tones are really awesome. Check them out at Danelectro.com.

i did mention a make-over, yes? i'm aware of the new attributes, the comprehensive revisions you might say but the manufacturer should have IMO sport a new housing instead of maintaining the semblance. this way, those who had ill experiences with the FAB units wouldn't hesitate to try the CC...
