I've heard good reviews about Schecter's 7 string guitars. But never had the opportunity to try one.
i've not tried one myself... i believe a good guitar is NOT bound by the brand name :-)
I have pretty much the exact model Schecter C-7+ from around 1999/2000 that Broadrick plays. I wrote a review of it here. Basically, it feels and sounds like what you would imagine a 7-string Les Paul would. Great guitar, though I may swap in some more aggressive pickups at some point.
hey sub, i would love for u to review a schecter guitar. maybe the hellraiser series or the blackjack series.
