It's Labour Day here. Here's wishing all workers a deserving rest day- it's family time for many of us.
To all bosses out there, treat your workers with respect, they are the cogs in your organization wheel. Every one of them is as important as you are, hope you realized this by now. My visit to the guitar stores sometimes exposed a level of disrespect between bosses & employees. Workers on the other hand should be mindful of their standing in the organization. If your boss is rotten, tell him diplomatically. If this fails, then move on. Remember, you don't quit your job- you quit your boss.
