Sergey: Hey, bro :-) LTD vs Fender depends on your tonal preferences/ feel. for a more Fender vibe, naturally it's the Squier but the tone might not be as Fender-y as you'd like. also, the pickups won't do distortion as well as the LTD.
the LTD on the other hand, has a great neck profile, close to a Fender but the overall weight lends a generous bass manifestation hence making the instrument a little warmer but watch out for the neck humbucker in there- not as versatile as the bridge single coil (surprisingly).
