Yes, it's a trio of
Ibanez Tubescreamers working in tandem & doing me good! You might say it's sheer overkill & unnecessary but I value the final tone manifested by this line up. I hear a thick drive response unlike a solitary TS unit in action & with added (picking) sensitivity which only a metal-type distortion could give. The noise gate is necessary when employing more than a single drive/ distortion pedal to help curb the excessive hissings.

hey Sub,
pardon my hijack. Have you tried a Fender Princeton Reverb RI? sold my bjr recently and looking for a new baby.
before further discussions: what kinda amp tone are you after, sir?
the fender romantic dinner tone. yum. im pretty sure its the tone i want..maybe slightly darker.
wattage limitations, if any?
15 watts would be sufficient , i wouldn't want break up at low volumes though , or something that doesnt break up at bedroom lvls ie ( deluxe reverb ).
hmm pro jr? hehe.
so by any chance would you endorse the Fender pro jr?
have you heard Fender's Champion in action? :-)
yes its abit too shrill for my liking. :(
