Ibanez: RG1451

The latest addition to my Ibanez family: RG1451

The RG1451 is the most fundamental member in the Prestige range; there is no fancy binding to effectively highlight this guitar as a cut above the standard selection. It is also one of the Prestige models to feature a non-locking nut (and bridge). That rather plain headstock would make it look like a GIO model from afar...

I am skeptical about investing precious dollars in this Tight End bridge as spares aren't readily available should parts deteriorate. However, the Tight End proves to be one of the most comfortable fixed bridge make I've come across largely attributable to its slanted edges. This means there is no abrupt change in feel between the bridge itself & the guitar's body, makes playing very pleasurable.

Is ibanez fixed bridge compatible with Gotoh GTC101?

for compatibility comparisons, there should be exact measurement references. for many ibanez bridges, despite being a 'standard' fixture, many sport an F-space spec, meaning- it'll affect string spacing across the fretboard :-)
