New Ibanez @ Summer NAMM 2010

Ibanez now offers a passive pickup equipped ART model- if you love the ART120 but not the pickups, maybe this ART100 would get you going.

A surprising reappearance this summer is the Edge Pro bridge. Also, it's as if Ibanez heard my call for a missing HH guitar in the Prestige range so here's the answer: the RG1420F with matching headstock finish (for all finishes).

However, I'm looking forward to acquire the fixed bridge version instead, the RG1421F.

Just when I thought I'd put a halt to guitar acquisitions, temptations are once again unleashed... *sigh*

Out of these three, for me, it has got to be the RG1421F. Sweetness!

There's also the fixed bridge RGD which is not posted here. Looks cool with its matt black finish.

One thing to note. The ART 100 has been available on the American market for quite a while already. The picture posted is a new finish introduced at summer NAMM 2010. Don't know if Ibanez has plans to bring them in for the local market though.

we can't be sure if any of these products would make it here. same goes for the Spring Musikmesse models, but selected few did debut here. this entry isn't about what's gonna make it to the domestic market but just highlighting new appearances, either a fresh offering or a variation of an already catalogued model.
