Ladies & gentleman, presenting to you, Master Beez with his twinkler guitar effect. The LED in the guitar activates every time there's enough current generated by your hard picking. The application is rather clear; you are the centre of attraction because the light's on you... em... FROM you rather, every time this happens. To avoid being labeled a qualified moron when you have the lights on during day light performances, the twinklers can be switched off. How much battery space should be considered for the twinklers? Not much, because the batteries are button cells, which look like this:
There are two options; you can either have the LEDs directly in the pickguard/ scratchplate as depicted in the clip above or you can have Beez insert them in pickup covers so from a distance, it looks like a regular pickup but it's really a decoy.
So in an attempt to rival your band's other guitarist whose fretboard dot markers light up in dimly lit venues, you'd rather be more adventurous & exert some control over those twinklers by adopting this mod instead. Enough said. Be seen from the moon when you play.

I am more impressed with his melody than the LED haha. Awesome playing
Wow, I did'nt know that Artisan guitar sounded soo good.
Did he mod the pickups of something?
we tend to attribute tone to the guitar exclusively- the amplifier (& other effects supplements) are at work as well.
man beez can play!! hmmm maybe i should go find out whats at his shop...seems like he makes custom strats lol.
how much does it cost bro?
waa the tone is nice! what tune is that playing ?
for quotations on the twinkler device, do SMS BEEZ :-)
Can they be installed between the bridge & tailpiece of an LP?
Best,
Mark
i just bought the guitar shown in that video this afternoon. :) sounds great, i scalloped it straight away after i reach home. ; D hehe
LP? ... a little difficult as the device needs a platform to latch on to.
he he... now Beez has 1 less yellow guitar :-)
My LP has some wood routed out, as I replaced the Kahler bridge with a TOM, been wondering what to do with the "hole" there...
