Despite his departure from Mayhem, I still follow Rune Eriksen's guitar adventures in his Ava Inferi outfit. It's a more minimalistic approach but still leaves the impression of a very capable player. More importantly, I cannot forget the people whom I shook hands with so Mr. Eriksen here will always be remembered. What's that guitar he's holding there?

Nice looking axe. Though I've always think that "inlay-less" fretboards are pretty hard to play :p
i used to find that a hindrance as well but when moving notes chromatically, i fare better with a blank fretboard :-)
Hey sub, do you know around how much this guitar costs new? or better yet second hand?
it's at the higher end of $2K... i own the non-EMG model, cost much lesser.
I bought this bad boy on ebay for $900 awesome guitar solid as a rock!!
They shouldn't discontinue the SZ series... Gee.
