Service credit

I was at Beat Spot yesterday looking at stuff, they are having some mid-year offers so I was hoping those new Yamaha Pacificas are going for a good price... he he... Anyway, great service from brother Joel Tan, offering some thoughtful sale-related extensions. Customers could easily sieve the more forthcoming sales personnel than those who tread the store offering minimum services so it's great to know that there are people today who manifest good product knowledge & customer-centered sensibilities.
