This wonderful guitar is a revived Ibanez RT, it belongs to Mr. Keith. I met him at Beez's recently, the electronics were thoroughly checked, looked into & the unnecessary stickers on the body were removed. All unfinished wood surfaces were reconditioned.
I'd appreciate the RT's resurrection today, this series of guitars sports a different neck profile, closer to the Strat, not as skinny & shred-tastic as the typical RG but still very playable.

I got one RT. Seriously need a setup but still can produce various tone from metal to clean one. Love it. Got it cheap back then.
Is it OK if I floyd rose it?
Not recommend, bro. Body needs gouging to accommodate the Floyd so this affects tone. Unless you want a 1-direction Floyd ala Van Halen but action might be affected as well. Also, Floyd requires a complementary locking nut...
is this guitar for sale?
No idea... wouldn't imagine owner parting with it
