Wiping down after play is an encouraged practice; our body fluids corrode the metal parts of our guitars & electronics. There are many of us who invest in a polish fluid & we often pump it direct onto our guitar bodies. This should be avoided because the fluid, despite being negligible in amount, might be forced into the cracks/ crevices/ gaps/ holes of out instruments & would accelerate parts deterioration. We should spray an adequate amount onto our polish/ wipe-down cloth & then apply it to the guitar's body. hey mr sub, what polish would you personally recommend? im abit gundu just use the Pledge wood polish for every part of my les paul.

Hi bro :-)
i'm not too particular about the brand name but the cream type polish are best avoided. compared to the fluid version, it's more difficult to remove the cream when it accidentaly lodges into the cracks/ gaps of the guitar. at least the fluid will dry off over time, should this occur.
