Hi sub, need your help. Thinking of changing the pickups for my fender strat HH. How can i tell if it needs the SH or the TB model? Or in other words, f spaced or normal spaced? Both neck and bridge pickups, sir. My strat's got a standard vintage tremolo bridge.

Thanks sub!

bro, all Fender requires an F-spaced bridge pickup (regardless of whichever default bridge is in there). the neck unit requires no such measurements.

I ordered a TB-11 custom custom for bridge and SH-1 59 model for neck. Back order as i want them in white. Changing my hardware from black to white. Was seeking advice from davis staff over best pickup (neck especially) for maple neck/fretbd so finally decided on a 59 as the pearly gates might be adding too much treble to an already bright guitar. Anyway, i'm very satisfied with their prompt service and knowledge. I'm definitely a happy camper!!

Thanks sub!

the '59 would be a good pickup to address brightness :-) i currently have it in my RG471- not a '59 fan actually but needed it to cure some top end (frequency) protrusions...
