Regular 8: LTD SC-208

There's nothing 'regular' about an 8-string guitar, it's not a normal incorporation into mainstream music, that's for sure. Stephen Carpenter's new (2011) LTD 8-string guitar you see above (LTD SC-208) is 'regular' because it sports a regular scale length; 25.5", as opposed to other brand name 8-string guitars.

i don't think they are seperate entities, even at the website, the signature models are offered both in ESP & LTD incarnations.

btw sub, how much are they ( and the seven string version) supposed to retail for locally?

no LTD 7-string made it here (yet) but the LTD 8-string available at davis now is about $1,400+/-...
